Our Foundation
OUR FOUNDATION
The Delta Gamma Foundation fosters lifetime enrichment for members, promotes Service for Sight and partners with the Fraternity to ensure the future of our sisterhood. Our dedicated members and friends make the mission of the Foundation possible through service, awareness, and fundraising.
SERVICE FOR SIGHT
Delta Gamma's Philanthropy is Service for Sight. Every semester our members have the opportunity to participate in at least 10 hours of service. At Gamma Tau, we work in conjunction with the local Lighthouse for the Blind in Fort Worth. DG's are able to volunteer for their social events such as Christmas parties and Valentine's Day events. Through the Lighthouse we also have the opportunity to help their Goal ball team at practice, which is a sport for the visually impaired. We are so lucky to have the Lighthouse nearby so we can get directly involved in our community!

In addition to working with the Lighthouse, twice a week we send women in our chapter to serve at St. Paul Lutheran Church to create Braille Bibles. The Bible is the most universally read text and we get to help create these books to be mailed across the world. We also participate in multiple awareness events for our chapter members and TCU's campus!
PHILANTHROPY EVENTS
ANCHORBOWL
Anchorbowl is our biggest philanthropy event of the year! All fraternities, sororities, and other organizations on campus have the opportunity to create a flag football team and participate in the tournament. This year it was held at AT&T Stadium and we raised over $64,000 for Service For Sight!
PUPPIES & PIZZA
Puppies and Pizza - what more could a girl ask for!!!
This annual spring event is one we look forward to all year and are so blessed to be able to do it all for our philanthropy, Service for Sight!
